Amending O. Reg. 22/04
(Electrical Distribution Safety)
1. Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 22/04 is amended by adding the following subsections:
(5) This Regulation, and not the ESC, applies to distributors who are licensed to own or operate a distribution system under Part V of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998.
(6) The ESC, and not this Regulation, applies to distributors, other than distributors who are licensed to own or operate a distribution system under Part V of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998.
