Amending Reg. 851 of R.R.O. 1990

(Industrial Establishments)

1. The Table to section 7 of Regulation 851 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out item 8 and substituting the following:

Sections 127 and 128

A process uses or produces a substance that may result in the exposure of a worker in excess of any occupational exposure limit set out in Regulation 833, 835, 836, 837, 839, 840, 841, 842, 843, 844, 845 or 846 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 or in Ontario Regulation 278/05.

2. This Regulation comes into force on November 1, 2005.
