1. (1) The Table to section 13 of Regulation 949 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out the following:

3. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Subsections 1 (3) and 2 (4) come into force on August 15, 2006.
(3) Subsection 2 (3) comes into force on October 2, 2006.
