Amending O. Reg. 275/94

1. The following provisions of Ontario Regulation 275/94 are amended by striking out “and before January 1, 2007” wherever that expression appears:

1. Paragraph 1 of subsection 11 (1).

2. Paragraph 1 of subsection 11 (2).

2. (1) Subparagraph 2 i of subsection 11 (6) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “or December 31, 2010, whichever is earlier”.

(2) Subparagraph 2 ii of subsection 11 (6) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “or December 31, 2008, whichever is earlier”.
