Amending Reg. 734 of R.R.O. 1990

(Establishment of Local Roads Areas — Northeastern and Eastern Regions)

1. (1) Schedules 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 11, 27, 29, 33, 34, 35, 37, 38, 44, 46, 47, 48, 56, 59, 63, 66 and 67 to Regulation 734 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked.

(2) Schedule 71 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

TROUT LAKE NORTH LOCAL ROADS AREA

All those portions of the Township of Servos in the Territorial District of Sudbury shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-768-7, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on June 15, 2006.

(3) Schedule 77 to the Regulation is revoked.

(4) Schedule 78 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

KUKAGAMI LOCAL ROADS AREA

All those portions of the townships of Street, Kelly and Davis in the Territorial District of Sudbury shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-1404-4, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on June 15, 2006.

(5) Schedules 89, 100, 101, 106 and 107 to the Regulation are revoked.

(6) Schedule 116 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

All those portions of the Township of Brigstocke in the Territorial District of Timiskaming and the Township of Banting in the Territorial District of Nipissing shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-392A-3, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on June 15, 2006.
