(Minimum Maintenance Standards for Municipal Highways)

1. The Table to section 1 of Ontario Regulation 239/02 is revoked and the following substituted:

2. Subsection 17 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(1) The Minister of Transportation shall conduct a review of this Regulation and Ontario Regulation 612/06 (Minimum Maintenance Standards for Highways in the City of Toronto) made under the City of Toronto Act, 2006 every five years.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2007 and the day this Regulation is filed.
