Amending Reg. 334 of R.R.O. 1990
(General)
1. (1) Subclause 5 (2) (d) (iv) of Regulation 334 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked.
(2) Subsection 5 (3) of the Regulation is amended by adding “or” at the end of clause (c) and by revoking clause (d).
2. Section 15 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to an undertaking that is the establishing or changing of a waste disposal site.
