Amending O. Reg. 129/04

(Licensing of Sewage Works Operators)

1. Item 9 of Table 3 of Schedule 1 to Ontario Regulation 129/04 is revoked and the following substituted:

 

9.	Solids Handling
	– Facility uses thickening	5
	– Facility uses anaerobic digestion	10
	– Facility uses aerobic digestion	6
	– Facility uses evaporative sludge drying	2
	– Facility uses mechanical dewatering	8
	– Facility uses incineration, gasification, pyrolysis, plasma arc treatment or another method of thermal treatment	12
	– Facility uses wet oxidation	12
