Amending O. Reg. 225/98

(Administration and Cost Sharing)

1. Section 5.0.1 of Ontario Regulation 225/98 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

8. The transition child benefit paid under section 45.3 of Ontario Regulation 222/98 (General) made under the Act.

2. This Regulation comes into force on July 1, 2008.
