Amending O. Reg. 247/94

(Salaries and Benefits of Justices of the Peace)

1. Section 6.1 of Ontario Regulation 247/94 is amended by striking out “220” at the end and substituting “219”.

2. Subsection 10 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “New Year’s Day, Good Friday” and substituting “New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday”.

3. This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2008.
