Amending Reg. 334 of R.R.O. 1990

(General)

1. (1) Section 5 of Regulation 334 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(2.1) The exemption provided by clause (2) (a) does not apply to a transit project within the meaning of Ontario Regulation 231/08 (Transit Projects and Greater Toronto Transportation Authority Undertakings) made under the Act.

(2) Subsection 5 (3) of the Regulation is amended by adding “or” at the end of clause (b), by striking out “or” at the end of clause (c) and by revoking clause (f).

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
