Amending O. Reg. 231/08

(Transit Projects and Greater Toronto Transportation Authority Undertakings)

1. Subsection 2 (3) of Ontario Regulation 231/08 is amended by striking out “not later than 60 days after the day this section comes into force” and substituting “not later than December 22, 2008”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
