Amending O. Reg. 172/03

(Definitions of “Deficiency” and “Municipal Drinking Water System”)

1. Paragraph 3 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 172/03 is revoked.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day that subsection 1 (8) of Schedule D to the Health System Improvements Act, 2007 comes into force.
