Amending Reg. 760 of R.R.O. 1990

(Milk and Farm-Separated Cream — Plan)

1. Subsection 16 (1) of the Schedule to Regulation 760 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

16. (1) A member of the marketing board shall take office immediately following the adjournment of the annual meeting of producers.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
