Amending Reg. 441 of R.R.O. 1990

(Vegetables for Processing ― Plan)

1. (1) Section 5 of the Schedule to Regulation 441 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “10” and substituting “nine”.

(2) Paragraph 2 of subsection 11 (1) of the Schedule to the Regulation is amended by striking out “3” and substituting “2”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
