Amending O. Reg. 225/98

(Administration and Cost Sharing)

1. The definition of “delivery agent” in section 1 of Ontario Regulation 225/98 is revoked and the following substituted:

“delivery agent” means a delivery agent under the Ontario Works Act, 1997 other than a band designated under section 2 or a delivery agent designated under subsection 2.1 (2) or 2.2 (2) of Ontario Regulation 136/98 (Designation of Geographic Areas and Delivery Agents) made under the Ontario Works Act, 1997; (“agent de prestation des services”)

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
