Amending O. Reg. 419/05
(Air Pollution — Local Air Quality)
1. Section 20.2 of Ontario Regulation 419/05 is amended by striking out “in accordance with section 22 of Regulation 914 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 (General) made under the Pesticides Act” and substituting “in accordance with Ontario Regulation 63/09 (General) made under the Pesticides Act”.
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
