Amending O. Reg. 428/06

(Priority Installations)

1. (1) Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 428/06 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

6. Toronto Hydro-Electric System Limited.

(2) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:

(2) For purposes of subsection (1), a distributor’s service area includes the service area of any other distributor that has been acquired by a distributor referenced in subsection (1).

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
