33. Any provision of the Criminal Code (Canada), if the court that imposes a sentence in respect of a crime described in the provision finds that the crime was motivated, in whole or in part, by any factor listed in subclause 718.2 (a) (i) of that Act.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
