Amending O. Reg. 467/97
(Deemed District Municipalities (School Authority Jurisdiction) — Tax Rates)
1. Paragraphs 2, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11 and 12 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 467/97 are revoked.
2. Sections 2, 3 and 5 of the Regulation are revoked.
3. This Regulation comes into force on September 1, 2009.
