Amending O. Reg. 498/06
(Payments out of Special Purpose Accounts)
1. (1) Subsection 5 (2) of Ontario Regulation 498/06 is amended by striking out “in The Ontario Gazette and may also be published in any other way or ways” and substituting “in a way”.
(2) Clause 5 (3) (e) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “in The Ontario Gazette” at the end.
2. (1) Subsection 14 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding “or to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police” before “in order to assist victims”.
(2) Subsection 14 (2) of the Regulation is amended by adding “or the Royal Canadian Mounted Police” before “to receive grants”.
3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
