Amending O. Reg. 357/06
(Honoraria for Board Members)
1. Section 3 of Ontario Regulation 357/06 is revoked.
2. (1) Subsection 4 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “October 31” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “October 15”.
(2) Subsection 4 (4) of the Regulation is revoked.
3. Subsection 10 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “other than a partial year during the period described in section 11”.
4. Section 11 of the Regulation is revoked.
5. Table 1 of the Regulation is revoked.
6. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
