Amending O. Reg. 278/98

(General)

1. (1) The heading to Schedule 2.2 to Ontario Regulation 278/98 is revoked and the following substituted:

Schedule 2.2
manitoulin-sudbury district SERVICES BOARD

(2) Section 1 of Schedule 2.2 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “Manitoulin-Sudbury District Social Services Administration Board” and substituting “Manitoulin-Sudbury District Services Board”.

(3) Section 2 of Schedule 2.2 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “Manitoulin-Sudbury District Social Services Administration Board” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “Manitoulin-Sudbury District Services Board”.

(4) Subparagraph 5 ii of section 2 of Schedule 2.2 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

ii. The Corporation of the Municipality of Gordon/Barrie Island.

(5) Subparagraph 5 iv of section 2 of Schedule 2.2 to the Regulation is revoked.

(6) Section 7 of Schedule 2.2 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “Manitoulin-Sudbury District Social Services Administration Board” and substituting “Manitoulin-Sudbury District Services Board”.

2. Paragraph 2 of section 2 of Schedule 5 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “The Corporation of the Township of Atikokan” and substituting “The Corporation of the Town of Atikokan”.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
