Amending Reg. 628 of R.R.O. 1990

(Vehicle Permits )

1. Subclause 13.1 (2) (d) (ii) of Regulation 628 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “subsection 82.1 (19)” and substituting “section 82.1”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 33 (4) of the Road Safety Act, 2009 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
