Amending O. Reg. 675/98
(Classification and Exemption of Spills and Reporting of Discharges)
1. Subsection 5 (1) of Ontario Regulation 675/98 is amended by striking out “Ontario Regulation 189/94” and substituting “Ontario Regulation 463/10 (Ozone Depleting Substances and Other Halocarbons) made under the Act”.
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
