Amending O. Reg. 482/73
(County of Halton (now The Regional Municipality of Halton), City of Burlington)
1. Subparagraph 1 iv of subsection 2 (2) of Ontario Regulation 482/73 is amended by adding the following sub-subparagraphs:
R. That parcel of land in the City of Burlington (formerly in the Township of East Flamborough) in The Regional Municipality of Halton located in Lots 8 and 9 in Concession 1, being Lots 22, 23, 24 and part of Lot 25 on Registered Plan 701, designated as Part 1 on Reference Plan 20R-5295 and identified as Property Identifier Number 07193-0141 (LT), registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Halton (No. 20).
S. That parcel of land in the City of Burlington (formerly in the Township of East Flamborough) in The Regional Municipality of Halton located in Lot 13 in Concession 1, being part of Lots 44, 45 and 46 on Registered Plan 651, designated as Part 14 on Reference Plan 20R-2551 and identified as Property Identifier Number 07191-0079 (LT), registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Halton (No. 20).
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
