Amending O. Reg. 224/10
(Full Day Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten)
1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 224/10 is revoked.
2. Section 2 of the Regulation is revoked.
3. Section 2.1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “In the 2014/2015 school year and every subsequent school year” at the beginning.
4. Section 4 of the Regulation is revoked.
5. Schedule 1 to the Regulation is revoked.
Commencement
6. This Regulation comes into force on the later of September 1, 2014 and the day this Regulation is filed.
