Amending O. Reg. 598/06
(Municipal and School Capital Facilities — Agreements and Tax Exemptions)
1. Clause 7 (1) (c) of Ontario Regulation 598/06 is revoked and the following substituted:
(c) the City is a service manager under the Housing Services Act, 2011.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 184 of Schedule 1 (Housing Services Act, 2011) to the Strong Communities through Affordable Housing Act, 2011 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
