Amending O. Reg. 164/99

(Electrical Safety Code)

1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 164/99 is revoked and the following substituted:

1. The code issued by the Canadian Standards Association entitled “Canadian Electrical Code Part I, C22.1-12”, as amended by the document entitled “Ontario Amendments to the Canadian Electrical Code Part I, C22.1-12”, dated November 11, 2011 and issued by the Electrical Safety Authority, are together adopted as the Electrical Safety Code.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of May 1, 2012 and the day it is filed.
