Amending O. Reg. 106/97
(Law Enforcement Exemption)
1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 106/97 is revoked and the following substituted:
Exemption
1. This Act does not apply to the Ministry of the Attorney General as an employer with respect to those of its employees who are determined by the deputy minister to be employees the disclosure of whose names, salaries and positions could endanger their safety in carrying out the duties of their position or to the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services as an employer with respect to those of its employees who are determined by the deputy minister to be employees the disclosure of whose names, salaries and positions could endanger their safety in carrying out their duties in law enforcement for which the Ministry is responsible.
2. Section 2 of the Regulation is revoked.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
