Amending O. Reg. 316/07

(DESIGNATION AND CLASSIFICATION OF PROVINCIAL PARKS)

1. (1) The item for Abitibi-De-Troyes Provincial Park (Historical Class) in Table 1 of Ontario Regulation 316/07 is revoked and the following substituted:

 

Abitibi-De-Troyes Provincial Park (Cultural Heritage Class)

In the geographic Township of Kerrs and in unsurveyed territory in the Territorial District of Cochrane, containing 4,340 hectares, more or less, being composed of that part of the geographic township and unsurveyed territory designated as Part 1 on a plan known as Abitibi-De-Troyes Provincial Park (Cultural Heritage Class), filed on November 3, 2011 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

(2) The item for Bass Lake Provincial Park in Table 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

 

Bass Lake Provincial Park (Recreational Class)

In the geographic Township of Orillia (Southern Division), in the Municipal Township of Oro-Medonte, County of Simcoe, containing 65 hectares, more or less, being composed of that part of the geographic township designated as Part 1 on a plan known as Bass Lake Provincial Park (Recreational Class), filed on November 3, 2011 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

(3) The items for Halfway Lake Provincial Park, Halfway Lake Provincial Park Addition (Natural Environment Class) and Hardy Lake Provincial Park in Table 1 of the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

 

Halfway Lake Provincial Park (Natural En vironment Class)

In the geographic Townships of Antrim and Ulster, in the Territorial District of Sudbury, containing 5,142 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the geographic townships designated as Parts 1 to 4, both inclusive, on a plan known as Halfway Lake Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class), filed on November 3, 2011 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

Hardy Lake Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class)

In the geographic Township of Wood, in the Municipal Township of Muskoka Lakes, in the District Municipality of Muskoka Lakes, containing 808 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the geographic township designated as Parts 1 and 2 on a plan known as Hardy Lake Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class), filed on November 3, 2011 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

(4) The item for Le Pate Provincial Nature Reserve in Table 1 of the Regulation is revoked.

(5) The items for Mashkinonje Provincial Park and Mashkinonje Provincial Park Addition (Natural Environment Class) in Table 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

 

Mashkinonje Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class)

In the geographic Township of Loudon, in the Municipality of West Nipissing, in the Territorial District of Nipissing and in the geographic Township of Haddo, in the Municipality of French River, in the Territorial District of Sudbury, containing 2,109 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the geographic townships designated as Parts 1 to 7, both inclusive, on a plan known as Mashkinonje Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class), filed on November 3, 2011 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

(6) The item for Menzel Centennial Provincial Nature Reserve in Table 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

 

Menzel Centennial Provincial Park (Nature Reserve Class)

In the geographic Township of Richmond, now in the Town of Greater Napanee, County of Lennox and Addington, and in the geographic Township of Tyendinaga, now in the Municipal Township of Tyendinaga, County of Hastings, containing 914 hectares, more or less, being composed of that part of the geographic townships designated as Part 1 on a plan known as Menzel Centennial Provincial Park (Nature Reserve Class), filed on November 3, 2011 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

(7) The items for Neys Provincial Park and Neys Provincial Park Addition in Table 1 of the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

 

Neys Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class)

In the geographic Township of Coldwell, in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay, containing 5,475 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the geographic township designated as Parts 1 to 9, both inclusive, on a plan known as Neys Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class), filed on November 3, 2011 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

(8) The items for Silent Lake Provincial Park and Silent Lake Provincial Park Addition in Table 1 of the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

 

Silent Lake Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class)

In the geographic Township of Cardiff, in the Municipality of Highlands East, in the County of Haliburton, containing 1,610 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the geographic township designated as Parts 1 and 2 on a plan known as Silent Lake Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class), filed on November 3, 2011 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
