Amending Reg. 610 of R.R.O. 1990
(SAFETY HELMETS)
1. Section 2 of Regulation 610 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “or” at the end of clause (c), by adding “or” at the end of clause (d) and by adding the following clause:
(e) United Nations Economic Commission for Europe Regulation No. 22, “Uniform Provisions Concerning the Approval of Protective Helmets and of Their Visors for Drivers and Passengers of Motor Cycles and Mopeds”, and shall have affixed thereto the required international approval mark.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2012 and the day it is filed.
