Amending O. Reg. 490/09
(Designated Substances)
1. Subsection 30 (2) of Ontario Regulation 490/09 is amended by adding “or to a physician designated by the Provincial Physician” after “Provincial Physician”.
2. Subsection 31 (2) of the Regulation is amended by adding “or to a physician designated by the Provincial Physician” after “Provincial Physician”.
3. Table 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Commencement
4. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Section 3 comes into force on the later of January 1, 2013 and the day this Regulation is filed.
