Amending O. Reg. 231/08

(Transit Projects and METROLINX UNDERTAKINGS)

1. Subsection 2 (6) of Ontario Regulation 231/08 is amended by striking out “the Director of the Ministry’s Environmental Assessment and Approvals Branch” and substituting “the Director of the Environmental Approvals Branch”.

2. Subsection 3 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Director of the Ministry’s Environmental Assessment and Approvals Branch” and substituting “the Director of the Environmental Approvals Branch”.

3. (1) Paragraph 5 of subsection 6 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Director of the Ministry’s Environmental Assessment and Approvals Branch” and substituting “the Director of the Environmental Approvals Branch”.

(2) Subsection 6 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Director of the Ministry’s Environmental Assessment and Approvals Branch” and substituting “the Director of the Environmental Approvals Branch”.

4. (1) Subclause 7 (3) (a) (ii) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(ii) the Director of the Environmental Approvals Branch,

(2) Clause 7 (4) (a) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Director of the Ministry’s Environmental Assessment and Approvals Branch” and substituting “the Director of the Environmental Approvals Branch”.

5. (1) Paragraph 11 of subsection 9 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Director of the Ministry’s Environmental Assessment and Approvals Branch” in the portion before subparagraph i and substituting “the Director of the Environmental Approvals Branch”.

(2) Subparagraph 11 iii of subsection 9 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Director of the Ministry’s Environmental Assessment and Approvals Branch” and substituting “the Director of the Environmental Approvals Branch”.

6. (1) Subsection 10 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Director of the Ministry’s Environmental Assessment and Approvals Branch” and substituting “the Director of the Environmental Approvals Branch”.

(2) Subsection 10 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Director of the Ministry’s Environmental Assessment and Approvals Branch” and substituting “the Director of the Environmental Approvals Branch”.

7. Subsection 14 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Director of the Ministry’s Environmental Assessment and Approvals Branch” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “the Director of the Environmental Approvals Branch”.

8. (1) Subclause 15 (5) (a) (ii) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(ii) the Director of the Environmental Approvals Branch,

(2) Clause 15 (6) (a) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Director of the Ministry’s Environmental Assessment and Approvals Branch” and substituting “the Director of the Environmental Approvals Branch”.

Commencement

9. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
