Amending O. Reg. 722/93

(FILING DATES)

1. (1) Ontario Regulation 722/93 is amended by adding the following section:

2. (1) Despite the rules governing filing dates set out in subsections 1 (1) to (3), a farming business registration form required for 2012 may be filed at any time during that year on or before December 31, 2012 but shall not be filed after that date.

(2) Subsection 1 (4) does not apply to the filing of a farming business registration form in 2012. 

(2) Section 2 of the Regulation, as made by subsection (1), is revoked.

Commencement

2. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Subsection 1 (2) comes into force on January 1, 2013.
