Amending Reg. 409 of R.R.O. 1990

(EGGS — PLAN)

1. (1) The definition of ““chicks-for-placement” or “pullets”” in section 2 of the Schedule to Regulation 409 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

“chicks-for-placement” or “pullets” means female chickens 19 weeks of age or less or any class of them; (““poussins pour la mise en place” ou “poulettes””)

(2) The definition of “fowl” in section 2 of the Schedule to the Regulation is amended by striking out “twenty” and substituting “19”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
