Amending O. Reg. 381/98

(SPECIAL PERMITS)

1. (1) Paragraph 6 of subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 381/98 is revoked and the following substituted:

For a replacement permit in case of the loss or destruction of the original

Commencement

2. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Regulation comes into force on the later of November 1, 2013 and the day it is filed.

(2) Subsection 1 (2) comes into force on November 1, 2014.

(3) Subsection 1 (3) comes into force on November 1, 2015.
