Amending O. Reg. 559/91

(SPECIFICATION OF REPORTABLE DISEASES)

1. (1) Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 559/91 is amended by adding the following items:

Acute Flaccid Paralysis

Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease, all types

Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning

(2) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out the following items:

Cytomegalovirus infection, congenital

Herpes, neonatal

Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathy

(3) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out subitem iv of the item “Hepatitis, viral”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
