GOVERNANCE OF THE CORPORATION

Governance of the Corporation

1. Each member of the Corporation and the Corporation shall comply with and be bound by Schedule 2 to By-Law no. 2 of the Corporation dated February 10, 2014 and posted on the Corporation’s website.

Fine for non-compliance

2. The amount of $10,000 is prescribed as the amount of the fine mentioned in section 8 of the Act.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
