2. Section 15 of Ontario Regulation 44/14, which would amend the Table of Forms to the Regulation, is revoked.
Commencement
3. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Section 1 comes into force on the later of July 1, 2014 and the day this Regulation is filed.
