Amending Reg. 623 of R.R.O. 1990
(STOP SIGNS AT INTERSECTIONS)
1. Regulation 623 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following section:
3. (1) Every intersection of a controlled-access King’s Highway exit ramp and a highway that is not otherwise controlled by a traffic light or yield sign is designated as an intersection at which a stop sign shall be erected.
(2) A stop sign at an intersection described in subsection (1) shall face the traffic on the exit ramp.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
