Amending O. Reg. 408/12
(ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES)
1. Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 408/12 is amended by striking out “Schedules 1 and 2” and substituting “Schedules 1, 2 and 2.1”.
2. Section 3 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:
(3) The maximum penalty that may be imposed under section 441.3 of the Act for a contravention of or failure to comply with a requirement imposed by a provision listed in Schedule 2.1 is $25,000.
3. Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following item:

4. The heading to Schedule 2 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Commencement
7. This Regulation comes into force on the later of December 1, 2014 and the day it is filed.
