Amending O. Reg. 610/98

(THE IESO)

1. Ontario Regulation 610/98 is amended by adding the following section:

Board of Directors

1. A person who has a material interest in a market participant is a member of a class who may not hold office as a director of the IESO.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2015 and the day it is filed.
