Amending O. Reg. 670/98
(OPEN SEASONS - WILDLIFE)
1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 670/98 is amended by striking out “daily bag limits and possession limits” and substituting “daily bag limits, possession limits and age limits”.
2. Section 5 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following definitions:
“adult moose” means a moose that is at least one year old at the time of the hunt;
“calf moose” means a moose that is less than one year old at the time of the hunt;
3. (1) Table 8 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Commencement
4. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Subsections 3 (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6) come into force on January 1, 2016.
