Amending O. Reg. 147/10

(PUBLIC BODIES AND COMMISSION PUBLIC BODIES - ETHICS EXECUTIVE FOR CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVANTS)

1. (1) Item 1 of Table 1 of Ontario Regulation 147/10 is amended by striking out “Deputy minister of Government Services” in Column 2, and substituting “Deputy minister of Government and Consumer Services”.

(2) Items 14 and 40 of Table 1 of the Regulation are revoked.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
