(VEHICLE PERMITS)
1. (1) Paragraph 2 of subsection 17 (1) of Regulation 628 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
2. For a permit and number plates for a motor vehicle, $59.
(2) Subsection 17 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$276.64” at the end and substituting “$251.65”.

Commencement
6. (1) Subject to subsections (2) to (5), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Subsection 1 (1) comes into force on January 1, 2018.
(3) Section 2 comes into force on December 1, 2016.
(4) Sections 3 and 4 come into force on January 1, 2017.
(5) Section 5 comes into force on January 1, 2016.
