Amending O. Reg. 116/10
(MINIMUM PRICING OF LIQUOR AND OTHER PRICING MATTERS)
1. (1) Subsection 11 (1) of Ontario Regulation 116/10 is amended by striking out “by Brewers Retail Inc.” at the end of the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “at government stores”.
(2) Paragraph 2 of subsection 11 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Brewers Retail Inc.” and substituting “government stores that sell beer”.
2. (1) Section 12 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “by Brewers Retail Inc.” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “at government stores”.
(2) Clause 12 (b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Brewers Retail Inc.” and substituting “government stores that sell beer”.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
