Amending O. Reg. 11/01

(ASSESSMENT OF EXPENSES AND EXPENDITURES)

1. The definition of “A” in section 2 of Ontario Regulation 11/01 is amended by striking out “the Commission” and substituting “the Commission and the Ministry”.

2. (1) Paragraph 1 of subsection 4 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Commission” and substituting “the Commission and the Ministry”.

(2) The definition of “E” in paragraph 2 of subsection 4 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Financial Services Commission of Ontario” and substituting “the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Ministry”.

(3) The definition of “F” in paragraph 2 of subsection 4 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

F = the expenses incurred and expenditures made by the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Ministry during the assessment period in respect of activities relating to automobile insurance policy and compliance matters, as applicable.

3. The definition of “A” in section 6 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Commission” and substituting “the Commission and the Ministry”.

4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
