Amending Reg. 735 of R.R.O. 1990

(ESTABLISHMENT OF LOCAL ROADS AREAS - NORTHWESTERN REGION)

1. Schedule 128 to Regulation 735 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

SCHEDULE 128
NICKEL LAKE SHORES LOCAL ROADS AREA

All that portion of the Township of Watten in the Territorial District of Rainy River shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-1015A-3, filed with the Records Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on September 25, 2015.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
