Amending O. Reg. 339/94

(DEMERIT POINT SYSTEM)

1. Item 21 of the Table to Ontario Regulation 339/94 is amended by striking out “Subsections 140 (1), (2) and (3) of the Highway Traffic Act” in Column 1 and substituting “Subsections 140 (1) and (3) of the Highway Traffic Act”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of April 1, 2016 and the day this Regulation is filed.
